Community development is a strategic pillar of our mission.

The Agroprosperis Charity Foundation empowers communities to grow by implementing social, educational, cultural, sports, and humanitarian projects in the regions where we operate.
We stand with the people in the villages and towns where the Group’s enterprises operate. Together with local residents and educational, cultural, medical, and sports institutions, we implement initiatives that improve the quality of life and create opportunities for development.
The Foundation supports the restoration of school shelters, provides hospitals with equipment, helps establish modern cultural and sports facilities, and addresses the humanitarian needs of local communities.
Alongside active local residents, we are building partnerships to promote sustainable development and decent living conditions in every community where Agroprosperis employees live.

📊 Between 2022 and 2025, in response to requests from communities and residents, the Foundation provided assistance totaling UAH 5,295,009.86, which was directed toward rebuilding social infrastructure, supporting educational institutions, and supporting humanitarian needs in the regions where we operate.

Humanitarian support

Direct assistance to people affected by the war.

The Agroprosperis Charity Foundation provides targeted assistance to address the urgent needs of individuals from key target audiences and regions affected by the Russian Federation’s war against Ukraine.
This is prompt, targeted support that allows people to quickly receive essentials precisely when they are most critical.

We provide assistance to:

• landowners whose land is leased by Group companies;
• employees of the Group’s companies;
• their family members (parents, children, spouses);
• employee volunteers and other volunteers supporting landowners or mobilized employees;
• residents of communities within the Group’s key regions of operation.

Main areas of assistance: 

• food supplies;
• clothing;
• essential household items;
• hygiene products;
• medication and medical treatment (full or partial coverage).

Each payment represents direct support to a specific individual, delivered swiftly and transparently according to approved procedures.

📊 Between 2022 and 2025, the fund provided humanitarian aid in response to 2,131 requests totaling UAH 14,311,074.07.
These funds were allocated to meet the urgent needs of war-affected residents in key regions where the company operates.

Adaptation and Safe Environments

Since the outbreak of the war, the Agroprosperis Charity Foundation has been helping communities and individuals adapt to new living conditions, ensuring a safe environment for children, families, and employees in the regions where the company operates.

We support initiatives aimed at saving lives, rebuilding homes, and establishing safe spaces in communities.

Primary types of aid:

• “Small Shelter – Great Safety” — construction and equipping of protective shelters in schools, kindergartens, and social institutions;
• minor repairs for housing damaged as a result of hostilities;
• housing rental for the temporary accommodation of internally displaced persons;
• relocation to safer areas — transportation and logistical support for families;
• temporary shelter and rehabilitation for residents of the Sumy Oblast affected by active hostilities.

📊Between 2022 and 2025, the fund processed 492 requests totaling UAH 13,004,845.91 under the “Adaptation and Safe Environment” program. These funds were allocated for housing repairs, shelter construction, rent, relocation, and creating safe spaces in communities across key regions.

Support for Military Personnel and Their Families

Standing together with the defenders of Ukraine.

The Agroprosperis Charity Foundation supports company employees who have been mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their relatives, and volunteers who assist our defenders.

The Foundation provides targeted assistance to mobilized employees, landowners, and members of their families where our Heroes serve or reside. Assistance covers both urgent material needs and emotional support — from equipment to assistance for the families of the fallen.

Types of assistance:

• equipment (tactical and protective gear);
• medical treatment and rehabilitation for wounded soldiers;
• fuel and transportation for military units;
• repairs for vehicles used in defense operations;
• funeral services for the fallen;
• support for the families of our Heroes — payments to the families of missing servicemen.
  
  We also extend medical, rehabilitative, and humanitarian aid to the immediate relatives (parents, spouses, and children) of our mobilized personnel. Special recognition and support are given to volunteer workers who independently raise funds, repair equipment, purchase supplies, and deliver them to the front lines.

Together, we stand by those defending our country and their families, who keep the home front strong every day.

📊 Between 2022 and 2025, 734 requests were processed under the “Support for Military Personnel and Their Families” initiative, totaling UAH 18,885,038.21. These funds were allocated to assist mobilized employees, their families, and volunteers in the regions in which the Agroprosperis Group operates.

Volunteer Initiatives

The Agroprosperis Charity Foundation supports volunteer initiatives that bring together company employees and community residents to support our defenders.
We believe that through collective effort, even the smallest actions can make a significant contribution to our ultimate Victory.

The Foundation funds the procurement of raw materials essential for the front, including: ingredients for canned meat and dry rations, paraffin for trench candles, fabric for camouflage nets and sewing sleeping mats, and metal sheeting for portable stoves. 

The vast majority of these projects are implemented by our staff and community volunteers — people who personally prepare, weave, pack, collect, and deliver all these vital supplies to the military.

📊 Between 2022 and 2025, the fund processed 77 applications under the “Volunteer Initiatives” program, totaling UAH 4,624,696.53. The materials and products were purchased with the support of the foundation, while they were produced and delivered by employees of the Agroprosperis Group and volunteers from local communities.
